Order in Council 309/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Romona Gananathan of Toronto be appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 853/2023 dated June 22, 2023, appointing Romona Gananathan of Toronto as part time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
