Order in Council 11/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Yvonne Whyte of Pickering be appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
