OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 14, 2018, pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at St. Anns, Victoria County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 85165942, 85166692 and 85026177 shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Trevor Slaunwhite, or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $178,300 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Trevor Slaunwhite, or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
