OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 9, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at Bennett Bay, Kings County, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 55310833, 55021844, 55021877, 55021836, and 55310270, and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule ‘A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Robert Alan Burgher, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, for a purchase price of $750,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Department of Natural Resources in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Robert Alan Burgher, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
