Order in Council 1861/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Warren has been appointed as a member and designated as the Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 , James Warren shall be paid remuneration of $146,700 per year and reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Corporation in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.
