OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 1, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act , is pleased to approve amendments made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to the Poultry Insurance Plan , N.S. Reg. 339/2007, made by the Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-394 dated July 13, 2007, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 11, 2017.
