Order in Council 607/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , Paul Young of Toronto be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of May 29, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
