Order in Council 93/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 162(1)(

c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Bryce walker of Waterloo

be reappointed a part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board effective January 23, 2017 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from January 23, 2017.
