OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 7, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act is pleased to: (

a) approve Waterfront Development Corporation Limited entering into Agreements related to the Tall Ships 2012 event in the form generally as outlined in the Schedules annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 7, 2012 as follows: (

i) Schedule A: Partnering Agreement with Parks Canada; (ii)

Schedule B: License of Occupation Agreement with Parks Canada; (iii)

Schedule C: Sponsorship Agreement with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation; (iv)

Schedule D: Contribution Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Canadian Heritage; and (

v) Schedule E: Contribution Agreement with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.
