OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health, dated January 22, 1999, pursuant to
Section 61 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to establish new rates of remuneration for members of the Review Board under the Hospitals Act as follows: (
a) the Chair and psychiatrists at $600.00 per day and $300.00 per half day; (
b) lawyers at $350.00 per day and $175.00 per half day; and (
c) lay appointees at $200.00 per day and $150.00 per half day.
