Under the authority of subsection 57(1) of the Lands Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council declares the area described below as the Sunnyside (Bull Arm) Special Management Area

SPECIAL MANAGEMENT

AREA

Beginning at a point on the westerly shoreline of Bull Arm, that point having scaled UTM co?ordinates of north 5 298 000 metres and east 285 450 metres;

Then running due east to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of north 5 298 000 metres and east 288 000 metres;

Then running in a general northwesterly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of north 5 302 000 metres and east 286 000 metres;

Then running due west to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of north 5 302 000 metres and east 283 850 metres;

Then running along the sinuosities of the before mentioned westerly shoreline of Bull Arm in generally southeasterly, southwesterly and southeasterly directions to the point of beginning.

The above described piece or parcel of land containing an area of 10 square kilometres, more or less.

All co-ordinates being referred to Zone 22 of the universal transverse mercator grid.

The Sunnyside (Bull Arm) Special Management Area, 1994, Newfoundland Regulation 236/94, is repealed.
