OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 31, 1998, pursuant to Sections 27, 28 and 29 of
Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to convey to Lorraine Jessie Meldrum of R.R.#1 Porter's Lake, Halifax County, the lands described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, acquired by Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia by reason of the dissolution of Heinrich J. Faber Construction Limited, a dissolved corporation, and to authorize the Attorney General to make and execute such documents as he deems necessary to effect the aforementioned conveyance, upon payment of the sum of $750.00 being the fee for services by the Department of Justice in respect of the application.
