OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism dated July 29, 1998, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to transfer to the Industrial Expansion Fund the sum of Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00) necessary for the purpose of establishing a program of loan guarantees for the construction of offshore supply vessels and charge said sum to Capital Account.
