a) the appointment of Nicole Hamilton McVicar as an Admi nistrative Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation, made by Order in Council 121/2022, is rescinded, (

b) Nicole Hamilton McVicar is appointed as an Administ rative Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation, (

c) Nicole Hamilton McVicar is to be paid as a Clerk beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency, and (

d) the terms and conditions of em ployment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Nicole Hamilton McVicar. 381 July 6, 2022 t
