OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Emergency Management dated August 6, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after September 4, 2025, to approve the Minister of Emergency Management entering into an Agreement with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
