AN ACT APPROVING YUKON LAND CLAIMS FINAL AGREEMENTS AND FIRST NATIONS (YUKON) SELF-GOVERNMENT ACT The Commissioner in Executive Council (

a) pursuant to subsection 3(1) of

An Act Approving Yukon Land Claims Final Agreements , hereby approves a land claims agreement entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, the Government of the Yukon Territory and the Ta'an Kwach'an Council, dated January 13, 2002, being a Subsequent Agreement within the meaning of that Act; (

b) pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the First Nations (Yukon) Self-Government Act, hereby approves a self-government agreement entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the right of Canada, the Government of the Yukon Territory and the Ta’an Kwach’an Council, dated January 13, 2002, being a Subsequent Self-Government Agreement within the meaning of that Act; (

c) This Order-in Council shall come into force on the same date as the date on which the federal Orders-in- Council under the Yukon First Nations Land Claims Settlement Act and the Yukon First Nations Self- Government Act enacted by the Parliament of Canada, concerning the agreements named in this Order-in- Council come into force.
