section 59.1 of the Child and Family Services Act and every enabling power, makes the Territorial Authority and Boards of Management Delegation Order. Le ministre, en vertu de l’article 59.1 de la

In this order, "Boards of Management" mean the Hay River Health and Social Services Authority continued under the Hospital Insurance and Health and Social Services Administration Act and the Tåîchô Community Services Agency established by the Tåîchô Community Services Agency Act; (conseils d’administration) "Territorial authority" means the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority established under the Hospital Insurance and Health and Social Services Administration Act. Schedule is delegated to the Territorial authority and Boards of Management set out in the Schedule. 2. L’autorité et la responsabilité pour toute question visée à l’annexe sont déléguées à l’administration territoriale et aux conseils d’administration prévus à l’annexe. 3.

(1) The Director shall, on behalf of the Minister, supervise the Territorial authority and Boards of Management in respect of the exercise of the authority and responsibility delegated under

section 2. 3.

(2) The Territorial authority and Boards of Management shall comply with any direction by the Director given in the course of supervision.

The Boards of Management Delegation Order , established by regulation numbered R-094-2014, is repealed. 4.
