LOI SUR LA PROTECTION ET LE CONTRÔLE DES ANIMAUX SERVICE OF ORDER OF ANIMAL PROTECTION AND CONTROL OFFICER REGULATION RÈGLEMENT CONCERNANT LA SIGNIFICATION DES ORDRES DES AGENTS DE PROTECTION ET DE CONTRÔLE DES ANIMAUX Manner of service (Mode de signification) 1 Manner of service Mode de signification For the purpose of paragraph 7(4)(

b) of the Act, an animal protection and control officer may serve an order Pour l’application de l’alinéa 7(4)

b) de la Loi, la signification d’un ordre d’un agent de protection et de contrôle des animaux peut s’effectuer : (

a) by posting a copy of it in a conspicuous place at the last known home address of each person to whom the order is directed; or

a) soit par affichage d’une copie de l’ordre dans un endroit bien en vue à la dernière adresse domiciliaire connue de chaque personne visée par l’ordre; (

b) by fax or email, to the last known fax number or email address of each person to whom the order is directed, if the sender receives confirmation that the transmission was completed.

b) soit par télécopieur au dernier numéro de télécopieur connu de chaque personne visée par l’ordre, ou par courriel à la dernière adresse courriel connue de celle-ci, si l’expéditeur reçoit la confirmation que la transmission a réussi.
