The Haines Road (Highway #3) shall be closed to traffic between kilometre 71.3 (near Pleasant Camp) and kilometre 193 (Dezadeash Lodge) on January 19, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Yukon time) for the purpose of the Alcan 200 snowmobile race. 2. During the closure, access to the closed

section of the Haines Road (Highway #3) is permitted only for Alcan 200 race participants, officials, communications staff, sweep rigs, snowmobiles of the participants, and spectators, and for first aid and ambulance or other emergency workers and equipment.
