AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT Pursuant to

section of the Area Development Act , the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows 1.

Schedule B of the Ibex Valley Development Area Regulation is amended by rezoning the parcel of land adjacent to Lot 1275, Quad 105D/14, 76040 CLSR, comprising 18.07 hectares, more or less, from Hinterland (

H) to Agriculture (AG), as shown in the attached Appendix. Dated at Whitehorse, Yukon, this March 2008. ______________________________________________________ Commissioner of Yukon
