LOI SUR L’ASSISTANCE SOCIALE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE APPEAL COMMITTEES ORDER DÉCRET SUR LES COMITÉS D’APPEL DE L’ASSISTANCE SOCIALE The Minister, under

section 6 of the Social Assistance Act and every enabling power, orders as follows: Le ministre, en vertu de l’article 6 de la

Loi sur l’assistance sociale et de tout pouvoir habilitant, décrète : 1. The social assistance appeal committees set out in the

Schedule are established or continued for the hearing of appeals under the Social Assistance Act. 1. Les comités d’appel de l’assistance sociale énumérés à l’annexe sont créés ou prorogés pour l’audition des appels interjetés sous le régime de la

article 1) 1. Beaufort-Delta Social Assistance Appeal Committee is established for the communities of (

a) Aklavik; (

b) Fort McPherson; (

c) Inuvik; (

d) Paulatuk; (

e) Sachs Harbour; (

f) Tsiigehtchic; (

g) Tuktoyaktuk; and (

h) Ulukhaktok. 1. Le comité d’appel de l’assistance sociale de Beaufort-Delta est créé pour les collectivités suivantes :

d) Yellowknife. 4. Tåîchô Social Assistance Appeal Committee is established for the communities of (

a) Behchokö; (

c) Wekweètì; and (

d) Whatì. 5. Sahtu Social Assistance Appeal Committee is established for the communities of (

a) Colville Lake; (

a) Enterprise; (
