LOI SUR LES COLLECTIVITÉS À CHARTE The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under

section 171 of the Charter Communities Act and every enabling power, makes the Charter Communities Forms Regulations. Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du ministre, en vertu de l’article 171 de la

Loi sur les collectivités à charte. 1. The prescribed form for the certification of public hearings referred to in subsection 133(8) of the Charter Communities Act is set out in the Schedule. 1. L’attestation d’audience publique prévue au paragraphe 133(8) de la
