WHEREAS the Minister has given public notice of the intention of the Minister to establish the Settlement of Enterprise as the Hamlet of Enterprise; Attendu que le ministre a donné avis public de son intention de constituer la localité d’Enterprise en hameau, AND

WHEREAS the Minister has received one objection from a resident of the Settlement of Enterprise to the establishment of the proposed hamlet and has considered that objection; Et attendu que le ministre a reçu à ce sujet une opposition d’un résident de la localité d’Enterprise et qu’il en a tenu compte, The Minister, under

section 7 of the Hamlets Act and every enabling power, orders as follows: le ministre, en vertu de l’article 7 de la

ANNEXE All that portion of the Northwest Territories in the vicinity of the community of Enterprise as shown on the National Topographic Series map sheets 85 C/8 and 85 C/9, Edition 1, produced by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, Canada, and being more particularly described as follows: La localité d’Enterprise comprend la

partie des Territoires du Nord-Ouest située à proximité de la communauté d’Enterprise telle qu’indiquée sur les cartes du Système national de référence topographique 85 C/8 et 85 C/9, première édition, établies par le ministère de l’Énergie, des Mines et des Ressources du Canada, et plus particulièrement décrite comme il suit : Commencing at a standard post, pits and mound marking the 34th Base Line at the northeast corner of

section 33, township 132, range 12, west of the fifth meridian, said post being shown on plan 42374 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records in Ottawa, copies of which are filed in the Land Titles Office in Yellowknife, as Number 529 and being located at approximate latitude 60°31 N17O and longitude 116°02N50O; commençant à une borne d’arpentage réglementaire, et aux fosses adjacentes, marquant la 34e ligne de base à l’angle nord-est de la
