LOI SUR LA SANTÉ MENTALE DESIGNATION OF FACILITIES REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LA DÉSIGNATION DES ÉTABLISSEMENTS The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under

section of the Mental Health Act and every enabling power, makes the Designation of Facilities Regulations. La commissaire, sur la recommandation du ministre, en vertu de l’article de la

Loi sur la santé mentale et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur la désignation des établissements. 1.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the following are designated as facilities for the purpose of the definition "designated facility" in subsection 1(1) of the Act: (

a) Hay River Health Centre; (

b) Inuvik Regional Hospital; (

c) Stanton Territorial Hospital. 1.

(1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), les établissements suivants sont désignés comme tel pour l’application de la définition d’ «établissement désigné» au paragraphe 1(1) de la loi :

a) Centre de santé de Hay River;

b) Hôpital régional d’Inuvik;

c) Hôpital territorial Stanton.

(2) Hay River Health Centre is not designated as a facility for the period beginning on August 5, 2022 and ending on August 31, 2022. R-044-2022,s.2; R-049-2022,s.2.

The Hospitals Designation Order , R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.M-6, is repealed. 2. L’Arrêté sur la désignation des hôpitaux , R.R.T.N.-O. 1990, ch. M-6, est abrogé. 3.
