section 33 of the Fuel Oil Tax Act, the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows: 1.This order amends the Fuel Oil Tax Regulations. 2.Section 12 of the said Regulations is amended by repealing

section 12 and substituting therefor 12.

(1) Every distributor, not later than the twenty-fifth day of each month, in respect of the preceding month shall, (

a) submit a monthly return, Forms FTG-TAX and FTD-TAX, with supporting Schedules FTG-1 and FTD-1 through FTG-4 and FTD-4, as well as Schedules YTG-5, YTD-5, YTG-6 and YTD-6, and (

b) remit all tax payable to the Deputy Head.

(2) Schedules YTG-5 and YTD-5 in a monthly return submitted under subsection (1) shall, with respect to tax exempt sales, be accompanied by invoice copies or previously approved facsimiles verifying such sales.

(3) Schedules YTG-5 and YTD-5 in a monthly return submitted under subsection (1) shall, with respect to individual sales of heating fuel in excess of 10,000 litres, be accompanied by invoice copies or previously approved facsimiles verifying such sales. 3.The heading of

section 13 of the said Regulations is amended by repealing the expression “Monthly returns of inter-provincial carriers” and substituting therefor “Quarterly returns of inter-provincial carriers”. 4.

(1) Section 17 of the said Regulations is amended by repealing the expression “Pursuant to

Section 24 of the Act, the annexed forms are prescribed.” and substituting therefor “Pursuant to

Section 33 of the Act, the annexed forms are prescribed.”

(3) Les annexes YTG-5 et YTD-5 accompagnant un rapport mensuel présenté conformément au paragraphe (1) doivent, en ce qui concerne chacune des ventes de plus de 10 000 litres de combustible à chauffage, être accompagnées de copies de factures ou de fac-cimilés antérieurement approuvés attestant ces ventes.» 3.L'intitulé de l'article 13 du même règlement est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : «Rapport trimestriel du transporteur interprovincial». 4.
