La définition qui suit s’applique au présent arrêté. “first nations communications and engagement plan ” means the plan filed under O.I.C. 2016/169 and revised in accordance with M.O. 2017/37. « plan de participation et de communications avec les Premières nations » Plan déposé en vertu du Décret 2016/169 et révisé en vertu de l’Arrêté ministériel 2017/37.

(2) It is a condition of this Order that Chance Oil and Gas Limited must file annual reports with the Division Head, in accordance with subsec tion (3) and to the satisfaction of the Division Head, about the implementation of the first nations communications and engagement plan.
