In this Directive: a) “Community Services” means the Minister of Community Services or their delegate; b) “Minister” means the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources or their delegate; and c) “Property” means Lot 120, Whistle Bend Subdivision, Whitehorse, Yukon 103882 CLSR YT, Plan 2015 -0011 LTO YT. AUTHORIZATION TO SELL 4. The Minister is authorized to sell the Property in a manner other than as prescribed in the Lands Act or Territorial Lands Act 5. The Minister is authorized to enter into a contract for the sale of the Property on terms and cond itions to be determined by the Minister. 6.

The Minister is authorized to execute all documents, including Transfer of Title, required for the purpose of completing the sale of the Property. 7. Community Services is authorized to write-off the development costs of $1,088,531 for the Property.
