In this Order "Regulation" means the Ibex Valley Development Area Regulation; « règlement » "subject lot" means the parcel of land comprised of 39 hectares of land, known as Agriculture Land Application #61-4, that is within Quad 105 D/13 and near kilometre 1460 of the Alaska Highway as shown in bold on the attached Schedule. « lot visé » 2. The subject lot is rezoned from Hinterland (

H) to Agriculture (AG). 3. Despite

section 17 of

Schedule A of the Regulation, no building shall be located within 100 metres of the western lot line of the subject lot. 4. The revision of the map included in

"subject lot" « règlement » Le Règlement sur la région d'aménagement d'Ibex Valley. "Regulation" 2. Le lot visé est rezoné d'arrière-pays (AP) à zone agricole (AG).

Malgré l'article 17 de l'annexe A du règlement, un bâtiment ne peut être situé à moins de 100 mètres de la limite de terrain ouest du lot visé. 4. b) oil and gas permit No. 0013, (

c) oil and gas permit No. 0014, (

d) oil and gas permit No. 0015, (

e) oil and gas permit No. 0016, (

f) oil and gas permit No. 0017. « permis visé » 2. The renewal term of each subject permit is extended by five years (so that it ends on August 30, 2023). 3. d) permis de pétrole et de gaz no 0015;

e) permis de pétrole et de gaz no 0016;

f) permis de pétrole et de gaz no 0017. "subject permit" 2. La durée du renouvellement de chaque permis visé est prolongée de cinq ans, de façon à ce qu'elle se termine le 30 août 2023. 3. section "first nations communications and engagement plan" means the plan filed under O.I.C. 2016/169 and revised in accordance with M.O. 2017/37. « plan de participation et de communication avec les premières nations »

(2) It is a condition of this Order that Chance Oil and Gas Limited must file annual reports with the Division Head, in accordance with subsection (3) and to the satisfaction of the Division Head, about the implementation of the first nations communications and engagement plan.

(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), Chance Oil and Gas Limited must file (

a) the first annual report on or before July 31, 2019, in respect of the period beginning on September 1, 2018, and ending on May 31, 2019; and (

b) each subsequent annual report on or before July 31 of each year in respect of the period beginning on June 1 of the preceding year and ending on May 31 of the year in which the report is to be filed. Dated at Whitehorse, Yukon this 30 day of August, 2018. 4.
