LOI SUR L’AMÉNAGEMENT RÉGIONAL REGULATION TO AMEND THE MAYO ROAD DEVELOPMENT AREA REGULATION RÈGLEMENT MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT SUR LA RÉGION D’AMÉNAGEMENT MAYO ROAD This Regulation amends the Mayo Road Development Area Regulation Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la région d’aménagement Mayo Road. 2 The definition of “ home occupation” in

section of

Schedule A of the Regulation is revoked and the following definition is substituted for it “”home occupation” means (

a) subject to paragraph (b), an occupation, trade, professional practice, or craft carried out as a use incidental and subordinate to the residential use provided for in this regulation and carried out on the lot by a resident; (

b) for Lot 1021, Quad D/14, an occupation, trade, professional practice, or craft carried out as a use incidental and subordinate to the residential use provided for in this regulation but carried out on the lot by a non-resident;” 2

La définition de « travail à domicile », dans l’annexe A de l’article du règlement, est abrogée et remplaçée par la définition suivante : « « travail à domicile »

a) sous réserve de l’alinéa b), une occupation, un métier, une activité professionnelle ou un artisanat exercé de façon complémentaire et subordonnée à l’usage résidentiel autorisé par le présent règlement par une personne qui habite sur le terrain; (

b) pour le lot 1021, quadrilatère D/14, une occupation, un métier, une activité professionnelle ou un artisanat exercé de façon complémentaire et subordonnée à l’usage résidentiel autorisé par le présent règlement, mais par une personne qui n’habite pas sur le terrain; »
