REGULATION TO AMEND THE IBEX VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AREA REGULATION 1. This Regulation amends the Ibex Valley Development Area Regulations. 2.

Schedule B of the said Regulation is amended by rezoning approximately 65 hectares of Yukon Land near Stony Creek near Mile 955 Alaska Highway, Quad 105D/13, known as Agricultural Application #472-2, from Hinterland (

H) to Agriculture (AG). RÈGLEMENT MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT SUR LA RÉGION D’AMÉNAGEMENT D’IBEX VALLEY 1. Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la région d’aménagement d’Ibex Valley. 2. L’annexe B du même règlement est modifiée par le rezonage d’environ 65 hectares des terres du Yukon près de Stony Creek, à proximité du 955e mille de la route de l’Alaska, dans le quadrilatère 105D/13, nommées « demande 472-2 pour zonage agricole ».
