REGULATION TO AMEND THE IBEX VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AREA REGULATION 1. This Regulation amends the Ibex Valley Development Area Regulations. 2. 2

Schedule B of the said Regulation is amended by rezoning the parcel of land known as Agricultural Application #818, as shown in the annexed Appendix, comprised of approximately 35 hectares of land located near Mile 942 Alaska Highway, at approximately Longitude 135°36’ and Latitude 60°51’ in Quad 105D/13 from Hinterland (

H) to Agriculture (AG). RÈGLEMENT MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT SUR LA RÉGION D’AMÉNAGEMENT D’IBEX VALLEY 1. Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la région d’aménagement d’Ibex Valley. 2. 2 L’annexe B du même règlement est modifiée par le rezonage de la parcelle de terre nommée demande pour zonage agricole nº 818, paraissant dans l’appendice en annexe, qui est d’une superficie d’environ 35 hectares et se situe près du mile 942 de la route de l’Alaska à environ 135°36’ de longitude et 60°51’ de latitude dans le quadrilatère 105D/13.
