LOI SUR LES LANGUES OFFICIELLES OFFICIAL LANGUAGES BOARD REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LE CONSEIL DES LANGUES OFFICIELLES The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Executive Council, under

section 34 of the Official Languages Act and every enabling power, makes the Official Languages Board Regulations. La commissaire, sur la recommandation du Conseil exécutif, en vertu de l’article 34 de la

In these regulations, "Board" means the Official Languages Board continued under subsection 28(1) of the Official Languages Act. 1. For the purposes of subsection 28(3) of the Act, the prescribed representatives of the official language communities referred to in subsection 28(2) of the Act are set out in the Schedule. 2. A person is not eligible to serve as a member or alternate member of the Board unless they are a resident of the Northwest Territories. 3.

A member or alternate member of the Board may resign at any time by notifying the Minister in writing. 5.
