LOI SUR LA COUR TERRITORIALE TERRITORIAL JUDGES REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT VISANT LES JUGES TERRITORIAUX 1. In these regulations, "territorial judge" means a territorial judge who has been appointed to serve as a territorial judge on a full-time basis. 1. Dans le présent règlement, «juge territorial» s'entend des juges territoriaux nommés pour exercer leur charge à temps plein. 2. Every territorial judge shall work at such times as are required to exercise and perform duly and properly his or her powers and duties as a territorial judge. 2.

The seal to be used in the Territorial Court shall be described as follows: In the centre of the seal shall be the Arms of the Northwest Territories, and in a circle around the Arms the words "Territorial Court, Northwest Territories". 6.
