LOI SUR LA GESTION DES FINANCES PUBLIQUES DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LA DÉLÉGATION DES POUVOIRS 1.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), a Minister or Deputy Minister may exercise the powers of the Board under subsection 60(3) of the Act. 1.

(1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), un ministre ou un sous ministre peut exercer les pouvoirs conférés au Conseil en vertu du paragraphe 60(3) de la loi.

(2) No Deputy Minister shall authorize a write-off of an asset of Government or a debt or obligation owed to Government, in whole or in part, that exceeds $25,000 in amount.

(2) Un sous ministre ne peut autoriser un fonctionnaire à radier tout ou

partie d’un actif ou d’une créance du gouvernement, ou d’une obligation envers celui-ci, qui dépasse un montant 25 000 $.

(3) Write-offs must be processed in accordance with the Financial Management Board directives relating to write-off of assets and debts contained in the Financial Administration Manual. R-035-2016,s.2.

The Minister responsible for the administration of the Social Assistance Act may exercise the powers of the Board under subsection 62(2) of the Financial Administration Act to forgive a debt due to Government under

section of the Social Assistance Act if the amount of the debt does not exceed $500. R-035-2016,s.3. 2. Le ministre chargé de l’application de la

(1) Subject to subsection (2), a Minister responsible for an item or a Deputy Minister whose Minister is responsible for an item may exercise the powers of the Board under subsection 73(2) of the Act to transfer funds among activities set out in the Estimates on which the appropriated item is based. 3.

(1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), le ministre responsable d’un poste ou son sous-ministre peut exercer les attributions du Conseil prévues au paragraphe 73(2) de la loi, afin de virer des fonds entre des éléments du budget des dépenses qui prévoit le crédit.

(1) A Minister or a Deputy Minister may, by directive, in respect of expenditures and disbursements for his or her department, exercise the powers of the Board under

section of the Act to fix monetary limits on the authority of (

a) expenditure officers to incur expenditures and to certify those matters referred to in 5.

(2) A Deputy Minister may subdelegate his or her powers under subsection (1) to public officers by reference to their names or positions in the department. R-045-97,s.1; R-035-2016,s.6.

(1) A Minister may exercise the powers of the Board under subsection 132(1) of the Act to designate his or her department as one that may charge for property it supplies or a service it renders to a public agency, revolving fund or another department. 6.

(1) Le ministre peut exercer les attributions du Conseil prévues au paragraphe 132(1) de la loi afin de décider que la valeur d’un bien ou d’un service fourni à un organisme public, à un fonds renouvelable ou à un autre ministère sera portée au crédit de son ministère.

(2) If the Board has designated a department under subsection 132(1) of the Act as one that may charge a public agency, revolving fund or another department for the supply of property or for a service, the Deputy Ministers of the affected departments may, by agreement, exercise the powers of the Board under subsection 132(2) of the Act to (

a) specify the property or service or classes of property or services that are subject to charges; (

b) fix the rates to be charged; and (

c) specify the fund or account to which the payment of charges is to be credited. R-035-2016,s.7.

(2) Si le Conseil a désigné un ministère en vertu du paragraphe 132(1) de la loi en tant que ministère pouvant débiter un organisme public, un fonds renouvelable ou un autre ministère pour la fourniture de biens ou pour un service, les sous-ministres de ces ministères peuvent, par accord, exercer les attributions du Conseil prévues au paragraphe 132(2) de la loi qui portent sur les pouvoirs suivants :
