INTERPRETATION ACT LOI D'INTERPRÉTATION DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR L'HEURE AVANCÉE 1. In these regulations, "Daylight Saving Time" means the time one hour in advance of the local standard times as set out in the

Interpretation Act . (heure avancée) 1. Dans le présent règlement, «heure avancée» désigne l'heure en avance d'une heure sur l'heure normale au sens de la Loi d'interprétation. (Daylight Saving Time) 2. Daylight Saving Time shall be used and observed in the Northwest Territories each year between (a) 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March; and (b) 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. L’heure avancée est en vigueur chaque année dans les Territoires du Nord-Ouest entre les heures suivantes : a) 2 h le second dimanche de mars; b) 2 h le premier dimanche de novembre.
