LOI SUR LES VÉHICULES AUTOMOBILES BREATH ANALYSIS EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES ALCOOTESTS 1. For the purposes of sections 116.1 and 116.2 of the Act, the following pieces of equipment are prescribed to test the proportion of alcohol in a driver's blood: (

a) Breathalyzer, model 800; (

b) Breathalyzer, model 900; (

c) Breathalyzer, model 900A; (

d) Intoximeter Mark IV; (

e) Alcolmeter AE-D1; (

f) Intoxilyzer AS; (

g) BAC Datamaster C; (

h) Intox EC/IR II. R-012-2005,s.2; R-095-2017,s.2. 1. Pour l'application des articles 116.1 et 116.2 de la Loi, les alcootests suivants peuvent être utilisés pour l'évaluation de l'alcoolémie du conducteur :

a) Breathalyser, modèle 800;

b) Breathalyser, modèle 900;

c) Breathalyser, modèle 900A;

d) Intoximeter Mark IV;

e) Alcolmeter AE-D1;

f) Intoxilyser AS;

g) BAC Datamaster C;
