Loi sur l’évaluation et l’impôt fonciers, sous réserve du paragraphe (2), l’acheteur d’une propriété imposable vendue aux enchères publiques doit verser, à la date des enchères et d’une façon que l’autorité fiscale estime satisfaisante, un dépôt de 25 % du prix d’achat à l’administration fiscale et lui verser le solde du prix d’achat :

a) le jour suivant la date d’expiration du droit de rachat par l’ancien propriétaire évalué en application de l’article 97.84, si aucune demande prévue à l’article 97.87 n’est en cours;

b) dans les 30 jours de la date de confirmation de la vente pa r la Cour suprême, si une demande a été présentée en vertu de l’article 97.87.
