These regulations apply to property taxes in respect of taxable property in the general taxation area. 1. Le présent règlement s'applique à l'impôt fonciers exigible sur les propriétés imposables dans la zone d'imposition générale. 2. Tax payable under

Part III of the Property Assessment and Taxation Act bears interest at the rate set out in the Interest Rate Regulations, made under the Financial Administration Act . R-082-99,s.2; R-114-2019,s.2. 2. L'impôt exigible en vertu de la

Part III of the Property Assessment and Taxation Act is added to that tax annually on the anniversary of the day that the tax becomes payable. 3. L'intérêt sur l'impôt exigible en vertu de la

Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques . R-082-99, art. 2; R-114-2019, art. 2. 5. Nothing in these regulations affects (

a) the levy or imposition of interest, or (

b) the liability to pay interest with respect to taxes under the Taxation Act . R.S.N.W.T. 1974, c.T-1. 5. L e p r é s e n t r è g l e m e n t n ' a p a s d ' i n c i d e n c e relativement aux impôts imposés en vertu de la Taxation Act, R.S.N.W.T. 1974, c.T-1, sur :

Property taxes, interest and other moneys liable to be paid as if they were property taxes under the Taxation Act R.S.N.W.T. 1974, c.T-1 bear interest at the rate set out in the Interest Rate Regulations, made under the Financial Administration Act.
