LOI SUR L'AMÉNAGEMENT RÉGIONAL Conformément à l'article 3 de la

Loi sur l'aménagement régional et au Règlement portant sur le rezonage par voie ministérielle (Décret 2013/198), le ministre de l'Énergie, des Mines et des Ressources ordonne ce qui suit : 1. La parcelle de terre dans la région d'aménagement Mayo Road entre le chemin Boreal et le lot 1104, quadrilatère 105 D/14, plan 68345 AATC, 66314 BTBF, identifiée zone tampon B6, passe de « espace vert protégé » (EVP) à « arrière-pays » (AP). 2. Est autorisée la révision de l'annexe B du Règlement sur la région d'aménagement Mayo Road (Décret 2005/175) de la façon prévue à l'annexe.

Fait à Whitehorse, au Yukon, le 24 mai 2014.
