section 169 of the Workers’ Compensation Act and every enabling power, orders as follows: Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du ministre, en vertu de l’article 169 de la

Loi sur les accidents du travail et de tout pouvoir habilitant, décrète : 1. The Workers’ Compensation General Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.W-21, are amended by these regulations. 1. a) is amended by striking out " la

b) attending to official business of the appeals tribunal assigned to the member by the appeals tribunal. 9.

Whereas the Ka’a’gee Tu First Nation Council has, by resolution, requested that the Minister declare that the community of Kakisa and an area surrounding the community of Kakisa is a prohibited area during the Deh Cho Assembly commencing June 18, 2008; The Minister, under subsection 51.1(2) of the Liquor Act and every enabling power, orders as follows: Attendu que le conseil de bande de la première nation Ka’a’gee Tu a demandé au ministre, par résolution, de déclarer la communauté de Kakisa et le secteur qui l’entoure, secteur de prohibition pour la durée de l’assemblée annuelle du Deh Cho débutant le 18 juin 2008, le ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 51.1(2) de la

For greater certainty, the prohibited area referred to in

section 1 includes the Kakisa River Wayside Park and the Lady Evelyn Falls Wayside Park. 2. LOI SUR LES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES R-040-2008 2008-06-05 ULUKHAKTOK LIQUOR RESTRICTION AREA DELIMITATION DECLARATION DÉCLARATION DE DÉLIMITATION DU SECTEUR DE RESTRICTION RELATIF AUX BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES À ULUKHAKTOK The Minister, under subsection 49(1) of the Liquor Act and every enabling power, declares that, effective June 16, 2008, all that portion of the Northwest Territories that lies within a radius of 2 km from the Ulukhaktok Hamlet Office is a restricted area. LOI SUR LES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES R-041-2008 2008-06-06 ULUKHAKTOK LIQUOR RESTRICTION REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES RESTRICTIONS RELATIVES AUX BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES À ULUKHAKTOK The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under

section 49 of the Liquor Act and every enabling power, makes the Ulukhaktok Liquor Restriction Regulations. Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du ministre, en vertu de l’article 49 de la

Loi sur les boissons alcoolisées et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur les restrictions relatives aux boissons alcoolisées à Ulukhaktok. 1. In these regulations, "restricted area" means all that portion of the Northwest Territories that lies within a radius of 2 km from the Ulukhaktok Hamlet Office. 1. Dans le présent règlement, «secteur de restriction» s’entend de toute la

partie des Territoires du Nord- Ouest comprise dans un rayon de 2 km du bureau de hameau d’Ulukhaktok. 2.

(1) No person shall bring into the restricted area, in any seven day period, a quantity of liquor that exceeds the amounts described in any one of the following combinations: (

a) Combination 1: 1140 ml of spirits and 12 355 ml containers of beer; (

b) Combination 2: 1140 ml of spirits and two litres of wine; (

c) Combination 3: 12 355 ml containers of beer and two litres of wine; (

d) Combination 4: 24 355 ml containers of beer and 750 ml of spirits; (

e) Combination 5: 1775 ml of spirits. 2.

(1) Nul ne peut apporter sur une base hebdomadaire, dans le secteur de restriction, une quantité de boissons alcoolisées supérieure à l’une des combinaisons qui suivent :

a) Combinaison 1 : 1140 ml de spiritueux et 12 contenants de bière de 355 ml;

b) Combinaison 2 : 1140 ml de spiritueux et deux litres de vin;

c) Combinaison 3 : 12 contenants de bière de 355 ml et deux litres de vin;

d) Combinaison 4 : 24 contenants de bière de 355 ml et 750 ml de spiritueux;

(2) No person shall, at any time, possess within the restricted area a quantity of liquor that exceeds the amounts described in any one of the combinations set out in paragraphs 1(

a) to (e).

(1) a) à e). 3. Every person who violates any provision of these regulations is guilty of an offence and liable on
