LOI SUR LA GESTION DES FINANCES PUBLIQUES DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC PROPERTY REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR L'ALIÉNATION DES BIENS PUBLICS The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Financial Management Board, under sections and of the Financial Administration Act and every enabling power, makes the Disposal of Public Property Regulations. Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur l'aliénation des biens publics. 1. The following powers of the Financial Management Board are capable of delegation by the Board: (

a) the power to determine under subsection 67(1) of the Act that public property that belongs to Government is surplus to the requirements of Government; (

b) the power to determine under subsection 67(1) of the Act that the disposal of public property that belongs to Government is in the best interests of Government; (

c) if a determination has been made by the Board under subsection 67(1) of the Act or by a public officer under paragraph (

a) or (

b) that public property that belongs to Government is surplus or that its disposal is in the best interests of Government, the power to authorize the disposal of that public property. R-037-2016,s.2. 1. Les pouvoirs suivants du Conseil de gestion financière peuvent être délégués par le Conseil :

a) le pouvoir de déterminer, en vertu du paragraphe 67(1) de la loi, qu’un bien public appartenant au gouvernement n’est plus nécessaire au gouvernement;

b) le pouvoir de déterminer, en vertu du paragraphe 67(1) de la loi, que l’aliénation d’un bien public appartenant au gouvernement est dans l’intérêt de ce dernier;

c) le pouvoir d’autoriser l’aliénation d’un bien public appartenant au gouvernement, si une décision a été prise par le Conseil en vertu du paragraphe 67(1) de la loi ou par un fonctionnaire en vertu de l’alinéa a) ou b), à l’effet que ce bien public n’est plus nécessaire au gouvernement ou que son aliénation serait dans l’intérêt de ce dernier. section must be exercised in accordance with any Financial Management Board directive relating to disposal of public property contained in the Financial Administration Manual. 3.
