In these regulations, "Registrar" means the person whom the Commissioner causes to keep a Register under subsection 3(1) of the Dental Mechanics Act. 1. (1) A person who qualifies for registration in Part One of the Register must, within 10 days of registration, provide proof to the Registrar that he or she has obtained professional liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for any one claim and not less than $2,000,000 in the aggregate. 2.

(1) La personne qui remplit les conditions d’inscription à la

partie I du registre doit, dans les jours suivant son inscription, apporter la preuve au registraire de l’obtention d’une couverture d’assurance- responsabilité professionnelle d’un montant à la fois égal à au moins 1 000 000 $ par demande, et à au moins 2 000 000 $ au total.

(2) Where a person fails to comply with subsection (1), the Registrar may make a complaint under

section of the Act.
