LOI SUR LES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES DETTAH LIQUOR RESTRICTION REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES RESTRICTIONS RELATIVES AUX BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES À DETTAH 1. These regulations apply to the community known as Dettah. 1. Le présent règlement s'applique à la collectivité connue sous le nom de Dettah. 2. No person shall at any time have in his or her possession in, or in any month take into Dettah a quantity of liquor that is in excess of (

a) twelve m R containers of beer and one mR container of spirits; or (b) 4,500 m R of wine in sealed containers. 2. Il est interdit en tout temps d'avoir en sa possession à l'intérieur de Dettah ou d'y introduire une quantité de boissons alcoolisées supérieure à :

a) soit contenants de bière de m R et un contenant de spirirueux de mR;

b) soit m R de vin dans un contenant hermétique. 3. Every person who contravenes

section is guilty of an offence and liable on

summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both. 3. Quiconque contrevient à l'article commet une infraction et est passible, sur déclaration de culpabilité par procédure
