AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT REGULATION TO AMEND THE MAYO ROAD DEVßLOPMENT AREA REGULATION 1 This regulation amends the Msyo Roød D ev elopment Are a Regulation.

Section 26 amended 2(1) The portion of subsection 26(1) before paragraph (

a) is replaced with the following "26(1) This

section applies where".

(2) In subsection 26(7), t}]e expression "or" is moved ftom the end of paragraph (

b) to the end of paragraph (

c) and the following is added after paragraph (c) "(

d) a Commercial (

C) lot is surveyed for subdivision into two lots."

(3) In the English version of subsection 26(2), the expression "paragraph (l)(a), (

L'article 16 de l'annexe A est remplacé par ce qui suit : n 16 Seuls les usages accessoires suivants sont permis :

a) sur un terrain dont la superficie est d'au moins 6 hectares, jusqu'à deux habitations unifamiliales;

b) sur un terrain dont la supetficie est inférieure à 6 hectares, une habitation unifamiliale;

c) le travail à domicile;

L'article 18 de l'annexe A est remplacé par ce qui suit : n Superficie minimale des terrains 18(1) Sauf dans Ia mesure prévue au paragraphe (2), la superficie minimale d'un te[ain est de 6 hectares.

(2) Lorsqu'un lot qui existait lors de l'entrée en vigueur du présent

article tait l'objet d'un lotissement en deux tetrains en conformité avec l'article 20.1, la superficie minimale de chaque terrain doit être de 2 hectares. o Insertion de dispositions particulières 8

L'article qui suit est inséré après l'article 20 de l'annexe A (il est entendu qu'il est inséré avant l'intertitre < ZONE AGRICOLE - AG " ) : R-ADV-MayoRdRZ-1 3-FIN

"Special provisions 20.1 Despite any other provision of this Regulation (

a) a lot that is zoned Commercial (

C) and that existed when this

section entered into force may be subdivided once only into two parcels; (

b) if a lot zoned Commercial (

C) is surveyed fo¡ subdivision unde¡ the Subdivision Act (

i) a development officer must designate as a residential lot one of the lots that will result f¡om the subdivision, and must inform the owner of the lot to that effect in wriLing, and (ii) the designated residential lot is, at and after the time when the survey is registered in the Land Titles Office, deemed to be zoned Rural Residential (RR); and (

c) Lot 1057, Plan 60002 LTO may have two accessory single-family dwellings. " 2013/la ( Dispositions particulières ZO.l Malglé toute autre disposition du présent règlement :

i) un agent d'aménagement doit désigner résidentiel l'un des deux terrains issus du lotissement et en informer par écrit le propriétaire du terrain, (ii) le terrain désigné résidentiel est, à compter de l'enregistrement de l'arpentage au Bureau des titres de biens-fonds, réputé être une zone résidentielle rurale (RR);

c) deux résidences unifamiliales peuvent, à
