b) except that the relief shall be reduced throughout Yukon by 0.2% of the residential maxiumum monthly rate relief for each kW.h consumed by non-government residential customers over 1000 kW.h , and by 0.1% of the general service maxiumum monthly rate relief for each kW.h consumed by non-government general service and municipal general service customers over 2000 kW.h with the result that no rate relief will be provided to any non-government residential customer in any month when such customer consumes 1500 kW.h or more electricity and no rate relief will be provided to any non-government general service or municipal general service customer in any month when such customer consumes 3000 kW.h or more electricity. (

d) Not withstanding paragraphs (a), (

b) and (c), adjustments may be made to the amount of relief provided to eligible customers in order to comply with

section 3(a). 3. In administering the Rate Stabilization Fund, the Yukon Development Corporation shall: (

a) Restrict total expenditure from the Rate Stabilization Fund for the purposes set out in

section 2 to $12 million and to the interest on this principal, if any, for the period April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2005; (

b) use monies in the fund solely for the purposes set out in

Section 2; (

c) invest monies in the fund not currently required and credit to the fund any interest earned; (

d) credit the fund with the sum of not more than $7,800,00.00 from the Yukon Development Corporation Fund before April 1, 2004; and (

e) make a report to the Minister not later than June 30 in each year about the activities of the Rate Stabilization Fund during the fiscal year ending on December 31 of the previous year. 4. This order shall come into force on April 1, 2002. d) malgré les alinéas a),

b) et c), des corrections peuvent être apportées au montant du redressement accordé aux clients admissibles afin de respecter l’alinéa 3a). 3. La Société de développement du Yukon doit, lorsqu’elle administre le Programme de stabilisation des taux :

a) pour la période du 1er avril 2002 au 31 mars 2005, utiliser les sommes d’argent détenues dans le fonds pour les fins mentionnées à l’article 2 seulement, jusqu’à concurrence de 12 $ millions, auquel est ajouté l’intérêt sur ce capital s’il y a lieu;

b) utiliser les sommes d’argent détenues dans le fonds aux seules fins indiquées à l’article 2;

c) investir les sommes d’argent détenues dans le fonds et qui ne sont pas requises pour l’instant et porter au crédit du finds tous les intérêts gagnés;

d) avant le 1er avril 2004, créditer le fonds d’une somme maximale de 7 800 000,00 $ en provenance des fonds de la Société de développement du Yukon

e) au plus tard le 30 juin de chaque année, soumettre un rapport sur les activités du Programme de stabilisation des taux pour la période couvrant l’exercice financier s’étant terminé le 31 décembre de l’année précédente. 4.
