AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT Pursuant to

section of the Area Development Act , the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows 1.

Schedule B of the Ibex Valley Development Area Regulation is amended by rezoning the parcel of land adjacent to the southern boundary of Lot 1039, CLSR 89018, LTO Plan 2004-0065 and Lot 1049, CLSR 80008, LTO Plan 97-050 and known as Agricultural Application 781-1, comprising 65.0 hectares, more or less, from, Hinterland (

H) to Agriculture (AG), as shown in the attached Appendix. Dated at Whitehorse, Yukon, this September 2008. ______________________________________________________ Commissioner of Yukon

LOI SUR L’AMÉNAGEMENT RÉGIONAL Le commissaire en conseil exécutif, conformément à l’article de la

Loi sur l’aménagement régional, décrète : 1. L’annexe B du Règlement sur la région d’aménagement d’Ibex Valley est modifiée par le rezonage de la parcelle de terre adjacente à la limite sud du lot AATC 89018, Plan BTBF 2004-0065 et du lot 1049, AATC 80008, plan BTBF 97-050 et connue sous le nom de demande pour zonage agricole 781-1, d’une superficie d’environ hectares, paraissant dans l’appendice. La désignation de cette parcelle passe de AP (arrière-pays) à AG (agricole).
