LOI SUR HABITATION TERRITOIRES DU NORD-OUEST ŁUTSELK’E HOUSING AUTHORITY ORDER R-060-2010,s.2. ARRÊTÉ SUR L’OFFICE D’HABITATION DE ŁUTSELK’E R-060-2010, art. 2. 1. In this order, "Authority" means the Łutselk’e Housing Authority referred to in

section 2. R-060-2010,s.3. 1. Dans le présent arrêté, «office» s’entend de l’office d’habitation de Łutselk’e prévu à l’article 2. R-060-2010, art. 3. 2. The Lutsel K’e Housing Authority is continued as the Łutselk’e Housing Authority, incorporated to operate within the community of Łutselk’e and adjacent land described in the Schedule. R-060-2010,s.4. 2. L’office d’habitation de Lutsel K’e est maintenu sous le nom d’office d’habitation de Łutselk’e, constitué pour poursuivre ses activités dans la collectivité de Łutselk’e et du territoire attenant tel que décrit à l’annexe. R-060-2010, art. 4. 3.

The Authority shall be composed of not less than four and not more than seven members. 3. L’office se compose d’au moins quatre et d’au plus sept membres. 4. Each member has one vote. 4. Chaque membre a droit à un vote. 5. A majority of the members may designate any member, other than the chairperson or vice-chairperson, as an officer of the Authority where they consider it necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Authority. 5. Une majorité des membres peut désigner l’un d’eux, sauf le président ou le vice-président, à

titre d’officier de l’office, si les membres le juge nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’office. 6. The office of the Authority shall be located within the area described in the Schedule. 6. Le siège de l’office est fixé dans cette

partie des Territoires décrite à l’annexe. 7. The Authority may make by-laws governing the conduct of the business of the Authority, but no such by-law is effective until it is approved by the President of Housing Northwest Territories. R-083-2023,s.2(1). 7. L’office peut, par règlement administratif, régir son activité. La validité des règlements administratifs est subordonnée à leur approbation par le président d’Habitation Territoires du Nord-Ouest. R-083-2023, art. 2(1). 8. The Authority may, in addition to exercising its powers under the

Interpretation Act, (

a) acquire and hold, by way of lease or other instrument, such lands and buildings as may be necessary for the operation, management and maintenance of any housing project that may be lawfully assigned to it; (

b) maintain, repair and renovate the buildings comprising any housing project under its management and control; (

c) let and sublet land or premises held by it in accordance with the terms of leases or subleases that are in forms approved by the President of Housing Northwest Territories; and 8. En plus d’exercer ses pouvoirs en vertu de la Loi d’interprétation, l’office peut :

d) employer, aux conditions fixées par l’office, tout officier désigné en vertu de 1
