LOI SUR LES CITÉS, VILLES ET VILLAGES TOWN OF FORT SMITH CONTINUATION ORDER ARRÊTÉ PORTANT PROROGATION DE LA VILLE DE FORT SMITH 1. The Town of Fort Smith, consisting of that portion of the Northwest Territories described in the Schedule, is continued. 1. La ville de Fort Smith, qui comprend cette

SCHEDULE

ANNEXE (

a) All that portion of the Northwest Territories in the vicinity of the community of Fort Smith as shown on the 1:50,000 scale National Topographic Series map sheets 75 D/4 and 85 A/1 produced by the Canada Centre for Mapping, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, and being more particularly described as follows:

a) Toute cette

partie des Territoires du Nord-Ouest située à proximité de la collectivité de Fort Smith, telle qu'elle est indiquée sur les cartes 75 D/4 et 85 A/1 du Système national de référence topographique, établies selon une échelle de 1/50 000 par le Centre canadien de cartographie du ministère de l'Énergie, des Mines et des Ressources, et plus particulièrement décrite comme suit : (

b) Commencing at the point of intersection of the left bank of the Slave River and the Northwest Territories-Alberta border;

b) Commençant au point d'intersection de la rive gauche de la rivière Slave et de la frontière entre les Territoires du Nord-Ouest et l'Alberta; (

c) thence westerly along the Northwest Territories-Alberta border a distance of approximately 8.5 km to the point of intersection of the Northwest Territories-Alberta border and the southerly production of the westerly boundary of Lot 6-1, Group 765, Plan 56148 C.L.S.R.;

c) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la frontière entre les Territoires du Nord-Ouest et l'Alberta sur une distance d'environ 8,5 km jusqu'au point d'intersection de la frontière entre les Territoires du Nord-Ouest et l'Alberta et du prolongement sud de la limite ouest du lot 6-1, groupe 765, plan 56148 aux AATC; (

d) thence northerly along the said southerly production of the westerly boundary of Lot 6-1, Group 765 to its point of intersection with the southerly boundary of the 30.48 m road which lies to the south of the said Lot 6-1;

d) de là, vers le nord le long dudit prolongement sud de la limite ouest du lot 6-1, groupe 765 jusqu'à son point d'intersection avec la limite sud du chemin de 30,48 m situé au sud dudit lot 6-1; (

e) thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said road a distance of approximately 30.5 m to a point, the said point being the point of intersection of the southerly boundary of the 30.48 m road and the westerly boundary of the said 30.48 m road;

e) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la limite sud dudit chemin sur une distance d'environ 30,5 m jusqu'à un point, ledit point étant le point d'intersection de la limite sud du chemin de 30,48 m et de la limite ouest dudit chemin de 30,48 m; (

f) thence northerly along the westerly boundary of the said 30.48 road a distance of approximately 1,120 m to its point of intersection with the northerly boundary of the 30.48 m road shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R.;

f) de là, vers le nord le long de la limite ouest dudit chemin de 30,48 m sur une distance d'environ 1 120 m jusqu'à son point d'intersection avec la limite nord du chemin de 30,48 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC; (

g) thence easterly along the northerly boundary of the said 30.48 m road a distance of approximately 10 m to a point, the said point being at the intersection of the northerly boundary of the 30.48 m road shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R. and the 20.12 m road shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R.;

g) de là, vers l'est le long de la limite nord dudit chemin de 30,48 m sur une distance d'environ 10 m jusqu'à un point, ledit point étant situé à l'intersection de la limite nord du chemin de 30,48 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC et du chemin de 20,12 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC; (

h) thence northerly along the westerly boundary of the 20.12 m road shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R. a distance of approximately 805 m to a point, the said point being at the intersection of the westerly boundary and the southerly boundary of the 20.12 m road shown on Plan 40391 and lying to the south of Lots 203 to 210 as shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R.;

h) de là, vers le nord le long de la limite ouest du chemin de 20,12 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC sur une distance d'environ 805 m jusqu'à un point, ledit point étant situé à l'intersection de la limite ouest et de la limite sud du chemin de 20,12 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 et situé au sud des lots 203 à 210 tel qu'il est indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC; 2

i) thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said 20.12 m road a distance of approximately 2,400 m to the point of intersection of the southerly boundary of the said 20.12 m road and a line being the northerly production of the easterly boundary of Lot 683, Group 765, Plan 51823 C.L.S.R.;

i) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la limite sud dudit chemin de 20,12 m sur une distance d'environ 2 400 m jusqu'au point d'intersection de la limite sud dudit chemin de 20,12 m et d'une ligne étant le prolongement nord de la limite est du lot 683, groupe 765, plan 51823 aux AATC; (

j) thence southerly along the northerly projection of the said easterly boundary of the said Lot 683 and the easterly boundary of the said Lot 683 to the southeasterly corner of the said lot 683;

j) de là, vers le sud le long de la projection nord de ladite limite est dudit lot 683 et de la limite est dudit lot 683 jusqu'à l'angle sud-est dudit lot 683; (

k) thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said Lot 683 to the southwesterly corner of the said Lot 683;

k) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la limite sud dudit lot 683 jusqu'à l'angle sud-ouest dudit lot 683; (

l) thence northerly along the westerly boundary of the said Lot 683 to its intersection with the southerly boundary of the 20.12 m road shown on Plan 40391 C.L.S.R.;

l) de là, vers le nord le long de la limite ouest dudit lot 683 jusqu'à son intersection avec la limite sud du chemin de 20,12 m indiqué sur le plan 40391 aux AATC; (

m) thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said 20.12 m road a distance of approximately 2,050 m to the point of intersection of the said southerly boundary of the said 20.12 m road and the southerly production of the westerly boundary of Lot 216, Plan 40391 C.L.S.R.;

m) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la limite sud dudit chemin de 20,12 m sur une distance d'environ 2 050 m jusqu'au point d'intersection de ladite limite sud dudit chemin de 20,12 m et du prolongement sud de la limite ouest du lot 216, plan 40391 aux AATC; (

n) thence northerly along the said southerly production and the said westerly boundary to the point of intersection with the southerly boundary of Lot 5, Group 765, Plan 40270 C.L.S.R.;

n) de là, vers le nord le long dudit prolongement sud et de ladite limite ouest jusqu'au point d'intersection avec la limite sud du lot 5, groupe 765, plan 40270 aux AATC; (

o) thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said Lot 5 to the southwesterly corner of the said Lot 5;

o) de là, vers l'ouest le long de la limite sud dudit lot 5, jusqu'à l'angle sud-ouest dudit lot 5; (

p) thence northerly along the westerly boundary of the said Lot 5 to the northwesterly corner of the said Lot 5;

p) de là, vers le nord le long de la limite ouest dudit lot 5, jusqu'à l'angle nord-ouest dudit lot 5; (

q) thence southeasterly along the northerly boundary of the said Lot 5 to its point of intersection with the westerly boundary of the said Lot 5;

q) de là, vers le sud-est le long de la limite nord dudit lot 5, jusqu'à son point d'intersection avec la limite ouest dudit lot 5; (

r) thence northerly along the westerly boundary of Lot 1, Group 765 to its point of intersection with the left bank of the Slave River;

r) de là, vers le nord le long de la limite ouest du lot 1, groupe 765 jusqu'à son point d'intersection avec la rive gauche de la rivière Slave; (

s) thence in a general easterly and southerly direction following the sinuosities of the ordinary high water mark of the Slave River to the point of commencement.

s) de là, en direction générale est et sud en suivant les sinuosités de la ligne ordinaire des hautes eaux de la rivière Slave jusqu'au point de départ. 3
