The district or portion of the l.'erritol'~' for which each Sub-Collector is appointed and is authorized to collect shall be described in nnd limited by his said appointment. 10. (1) 'rhe Collector. amI every Sub-Collector authorized to collect the tax shall issue to each person paying the saBle a receipt entitled "Poll 'rax Receipt" and shall in such receipt insert the name in full of the person to whom or on whose behalf it is issued, and the place and date of the issue thereof . .

(2) The forms for such recei pt~ shall he snpplieu from the office of the l.'erritoriUl Treasurer and shall be in such form, subject" to the provisions hereof, as that official shall prescribe. '1.'hey shaH be hound in books with a stub in the usual ",.ay and numbered, each stub to heal' the number COl'l'cspondiug with the· Illlluuer 011 the receipt attached. (3) When the tax is .paid by an employer of labor for persons in his employ, a sepntate receipt for each such person shall be iss.ued. . 11. Every Sub-Collector shall, not Jater than the fifth day of each month, make return to the Collector of all said taxes coJlected by him ,in the preceding month, showing the name of each person who has paid during said month, the date of payment and tax receipt_ AppoIntment of Sub Collector,s.
