The Haines Road (Highway #3) is closed to traffic between kilometre 71.3 (near Pleasant Camp) and kilometre 193 (Dezadeash Lodge) on January 21, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Yukon time) for the purposes of the Alcan 200 Snowmobile Road Race. 2. During the closure, the following classes of persons are authorized, for the purposes of the Alcan 200 Snowmobile Road Race only, to enter on or travel on the

section of the Haines Road closed under

section 1 (

a) race officials and race course personnel; (

b) race participants; (

c) race participant support personnel; (

d) first aid and emergency personnel; (

e) race communications personnel; (

f) media representatives; and (

La route de Haines (route no 3 du Yukon) est fermée à la circulation entre le kilomètre 71,3 (près de Pleasant Camp) et le kilomètre 193 (Pavillon Dezadeash) le 21 janvier 2017, de 8 h à 16 h (heure du Yukon), afin que la course de motoneiges Alcan 200 puisse avoir lieu. 2. Pendant la fermeture, les catégories de personnes suivantes sont autorisées, aux fins seulement de la course de motoneiges Alcan 200, à entrer et à circuler sur le tronçon de la route de Haines fermé en vertu de l'article 1 :

a) les officiels de la course et le personnel rattaché au circuit de cette dernière;

b) les participants à la course;

c) le personnel de soutien des participants à la course;

d) le personnel des services d'urgence et de premiers soins;

e) le personnel de la course responsable des communications;

f) les représentants des médias;
